Pros & Cons
Pros
The printing quality of the phomemo printer is fantastic. Changing spools is easy, simply slide one retainer off, insert a new spool. The versatility of printing the larger labels is everything and worth the trouble.
The built-in label holder is a smart design addition. Another great feature of this printer is its compact size. Not too small in size but doesn't really take up too much desk space.
The app setup quickly and is not an intrusive program. The app is fantastic. I find myself gravitating towards using the smartphone app more often.
Cons
The app is full of bugs. I am unable to use this printer (without having it plugged in to usb) for individual / mulitple labels without downloading each label. There appears to be a driver, but no app, no discussion of an app that works or any way to ... Read More

Print quality is okay for a thermal printer.

Packaging/appearance
I really appreciate things that work as they're supposed to right out of the box.
" however, a booklet was "under the hood" of the printer.
You can download windows or ios software to run the labeler or get a chrome extension that can be used on a mac or chromeos (bu... Read More
Competitiveness
The only thing i could find on youtube was mostly unboxing videos.
It's more than a mailing label printer.
