Pros
Bluetooth connectivity works great. Works on bluetooth but you can also connect it with adapter to a mac. Comes with usb adapter to mac, which is just usb c. Installation is as simple as plugging the usb cable up.
The label printer handles high-volume tasks with precision and finesse. It is lightning fast, churning out labels within seconds, which is a time-saver during busy days. Allows customization of print settings.
Thermal printer is great as you don't have to work about ink cartridges. Printing is fast, and a huge benefit of thermal printers is that they don't require ink, toner, any separate cartridge. The thermal paper supplies for it are not too costly.
Print quality is better than my inkjet by a mile. Text is crisp and clear. Wireless connectivity is a clutter-free bonus.
The labellife app for it is easy to use and works well. Comes with a usb flash drive containing detailed video and text instructions. Easy to import pdfs or bar codes as well.

The most major pro of all- no ink.
Price
I purchased the roll stand for $10 which i highly recommend for proper printing and minimal jams.
The sticker rolls are $10-$40 for like 500 and that's the only thing to pay for after the printer!
The thermal paper supplies for it are not too costly.
Shipping
The product arrived quickly and was exactly as described.
And man, it surprised me how fast it spit a ups label out.

One can print on windows or mac just like any other printer meaning you can use any software you like
