First impressions of this were really good, it comes really well presented almost like it's an expensive phone, it's very slick. Extremely pleased with this item which was well priced. Fantastic product and very easy to use. Works well.

The machine can do a lot but its easiest on simple mode which doesnt allow much more than basic text

On creator mode you can include images emoji qr code etc but its kind of a pain to setup the labels image placement isnt intuitive and some paper will be wasted in making labels not the way you want

The labels arent always centered despite a centered design image and the cutter could be better like the kind with a lever that cuts instead of the manual rip one this has like a scotch tape dispenser
