Pros

The printer is ink-free and can print labels of various shapes and sizes. It prints faster than i expected and the print quality is good. The automatic label detection feature also saves me precious time.

The printer itself feels solid and well made. No loose or flimsy parts. It offers exceptional value for its price point. The customer service of phomemo is top notch.

It connects via usb cable like a traditional printer. Easy setup and installation, plug and print.

This printer is great, very compact and easy to use. My only downfall is trying to find the best app to create labels. It is pretty compact and does not take up a lot of space.

Cons

The thermal printer is cute but does not print consistently. The barcode is not printed clearly and not able to be scanned. I download the apps on both my iphone & ipad but it still wasn't working.
