Pros

The machine connects to your phone via app super fast and flawlessly. The phomemo mobile app offers intuitive controls and a variety of design options. The app works well for me and is easy enough to navigate.

The printer also handles narrower labels just fine. It's wonderful for smaller projects and for smaller labels. I know there are smaller ones out there, but i wanted to have different size label sticker option and this has that.

The m220 is the best label maker printer i’ve ever owned. It’s well worth the price tag, absolutely!

This thing is awesome! My partner needs labels to identify what’s in the jar.

Cons

The output, especially for fine lines is very pixelated. The manufacturer information states that if it is plugged in, it should be able to print.

The product is defective. Go with a name brand and reputable company instead.

The download for my laptop is useless. Reinstalled, nothing. Only usb connection is supposedly supported for both windows and mac. Bluetooth detects it but it, but no matter what device you use it consistently will not detect it.
