Pros
Tons of image/icon/font options and has decent options for sticker size. The mobile app is very easy to use, and i've been able to quickly punch out label after label. This is the perfect item for my business to make stickers for cookies.
Phomemo brand of labels are superior to others i've purchased. They are recognizable. The customer service from the seller is superb.
It is so easy to use. Its compact size belies its powerful functionality. Whether you're a professional organizer or just someone who loves to keep things neat and tidy, the phomemo m220 label maker is a must-have accessory.
Cons
The output, especially for fine lines is very pixelated. Many issues with the formatting and orientation of text. The manufacturer information states that if it is plugged in, it should be able to print.
Seems fishy to me. At all. Doesn't stay straight. It's to much of a * shoot for me to recommend this to anyone. Not worth over $60.
Reinstalled, nothing. Bluetooth detects it but it, but no matter what device you use it consistently will not detect it.

I am really happy with the quality and ease of use.
Very easy to use and the readability of my labels are top notch.
These days everything has to be done on the phone and my phone doesn't have that much room.
Their employee badge prints with a barcode on it when they are hired but as the years go on that code starts to wear off.
Price
You won't be disappointed at the value this printer gives you.
Given that the previous printer now costs double what it used to and $50 more than this one, i will keep this one.
Shipping
Update: the company contacted me and sent me a new printer even though the return time had expired.
I contacted customer service and within an hour i had my answer.
Competitiveness
The phomemo brand of labels are also superior to others i've purchased.
It was hands down better than my brother p touch and the labels are much more affordable.
So i bought a device that looks exactly like another model of phomemo for half the price.
