Pros & Cons
Pros
It's undeniably cute, portable, and delivers on the basic label-making needs. It's thicker than some other mini label makers, but has a smaller footprint.
The inclusion of a wrist strap adds an extra layer of convenience. The app is relatively easy to figure out and use. It sacrifices a keyboard for extra portability and lighter weight.
It fits comfortably in the palm of your hand, making it exceptionally portable. The stylish, portable design is perfect for on-the-go use, fitting in my pocket or bag effortlessly.
Highlights
Quality
Its sleek black design and smooth curves feel surprisingly sturdy.
The user-friendly customization via the smart app makes label editing a breeze, offering a plethora of options for icons, fonts... Read More
The set up through the app on your device is really painless and self explanatory.
The app can be glitchy at times, refusing to connect or freezing mid-print.
Price
- at the time of this review, this label maker is priced at $17.
I guess the whole "why's it so inexpensive" thing just got stuck in my head.
They were very expensive, use expensive tape, but, you know.
Interestingly, you can use a ribbon cartridge to make your own custom printed labels which is pretty cool, but it’ll cost you about $6.
Packaging/appearance
I bought a couple of assorted tapes for it as well, so i loaded a fresh new roll, and everything changed!
My wife pointed out that the new lexmark printer we bought felt like the box was empty.
Let's unpack the good, the bad, and the stick-it-to-it-all truth.
Looks sort of like a cute little minty color box.
Competitiveness
This is different from other thermal printers i've tried.
This means that it is slightly less expensive than most comparable products, but it still delivers the same quality as other products.
One big plus compared to some others is the app is relatively easy to figure out and use.
