Pros
Brilliant printer. Quick postage. I love the b&w * but sometimes wish it could go fall color. Really good for stickers for a scrapbook.
Easy to use, the app bugs a little. Contacted for help, good reply so hopefully will work better in future.
Cons
The resolution doesn’t allow to read. The letters come tiny and grainy. Incidentally, some of the items provided on the app are now way out of date - app needs updating.

Product works well, 4 stars as i keep getting bubbles in my sticky paper.
Fairly easy to set up, bit fiddly with the paper the first time but once done it's easier.
Print quality is mostly okay but some images i had wouldn't print on sny of the settings.
Update: however after a few weeks the quality of the printing has deteriorated rapidly.

It's a bit slow at printing too but it doesn't claim to be fast at that.

It appears that i have received a faulty product and whilst i will not be exchanging it for another one i wouldnt hesitate to use this seller again as the customer service they offer was fast efficient and helpful five start service
