Pros

The only downside for me is that it uses micro usb plug to charge. It's very lightweight, so it's very portable. This thing is adorable but not quite pocket sized unless you wear cargo pants with overly baggy pockets.

Never needs to replace ink cartridge since it uses thermal technology. This theoretically means it can last forever provided you have thermal paper.

After powering the printer on, connecting it to my phone was easy peasy. We have android phones and had no issues at all doing that.

The app itself has a really pretty design and is easy to navigate. The app contains a bunch of cute premade designs and is simple to create your own.

Prints come out fast and you can customize with different fonts or emoji. The app has multiple options for printing. It comes with only one role of printing label which is a surprise as i ordered the sku with three roles.

Cons

The directions to load the paper are not very clear. It was a trial and error to load it correctly. The app is also not helpful as the updates take forever.

Quality: i was really impressed with the photo quality!

The print quality is not good enough to print pictures of people and be proud of it.

We immediately wanted to test it on photos from our phones and found the quality to be not great.

The print quality is pretty good and replacement rolls cost anywhere from $13 to $15 for 3 rolls.

Packaging/appearance

The final thing i learned is that not all rolls will have the thermal side on the side your printer prints.
