Shipping

I got this printer on time with no issues.

I have been doing manual shipping labels for some time now, and this little printer is going to save me a bunch of time printing them out.

I tried to print a return label from amazon for ups and i had to do it three times before i got it right.

The company replaced my printer and paid for the return shipping label of the broken one.

Packaging/appearance

No more printing labels on full sheets of printer paper and covering them with packing tape - this is such a time saver!

I was looking for something to make my life easier when sending out packages and this printer is exactly what i needed.

Everything had been opened inside the box and the printer itself had dog hair and glitter or something inside it.

I have another label printer and that software has very limited fonts, so this is huge with this company's software.
