Spent the best part of a day trying to configure this heap of dung to work on a pc. Barely been used.

The trick i figured out is that if you ever have to have it unplugged from a power source and plug it back in when you are ready to use it

It has to initialize spit out a couple blank labels have its cup of coffee since you went and woke it up and then its ready to print

Youll want to clear up a three prong specifically for this otherwise you get that song and dance every time you need to use it and it can become a whole thing for the easily frustrated such as myself

This printer is easy to use easy installation the size is perfect however we had to use a programme to resize labels as they print too small and sometimes the labels are printing too dark for the barcodes to be recognised by couriers

You have to connect it with a usb cable into any laptop of pc mac android or windows

It’s compatible with all the normal carriers i use and loads more i haven’t so the codes i used to have to print on a4 then cut out and stick are long gone
