I modified it a bit by placing a piece of cardboard to face the screen to prevent inadvertent pressing of buttons on the screen.
Sizing out of the way - i run a lot.

For those with smaller arms like me suggest erroring on the smaller side if your arm measurement falls on the edge of two sizes
