Pros

The product fits my iphone 10 snugly and my phone is not an xl. The big plus with this is that it will fit my samsung s22 with an otter box on it. Being able to hear my music comfortably while running is a huge plus.

Company wants you to like the item and they include a business card w contact info, if there are any issues. It bulks out a little such that you can see the shape of the phone when it's in place.

There is no place for keys nor id unless you try to cram them in with the phone - i am not going to do that.
