It is simply a stretchy fabric band with a zip pocket to hold your phone

My i pod touch stayed in place but as the arm band is fabric it isn’t waterproof

Going by the website sizing i went for a medium which fitted nicely with nothing in it but was too tight with a phone in it

Only downside it that you cant see the ipod or phone screen but i didnt need that so not an issue for me but might be for others that need to see their screen
