Pros
Great cable size and prongs, precision screen removal is excellent with these. It is useful to sometimes wind the sticky used wire around the pencil and feed in fresh wire in from the spool.
Cons
I spend more time rewiring because the wire isn't holding up. Molybdenum breaks way too easy.

Probably you need more heat to soften the glue or maybe you need to be just a tad less aggressive
