Double wood's phosphatidyl-choline is the choline source that i like to take regularly. I take this supplement along with nac because i am on multiple medications for autoimmune disease.

Cons

Soy is to be avoided at all costs if you value your thyroid! The dose they recommend is too high as is what most doctors recommend too. This pdc is trash!
