    One of the little guys is super fineky and triggers the sound when it is only like 1mm apart so installation was slightly more difficult

    I previously had one from amazon by heath zenith which generally seem to work ok but it was much larger took a more expensive specialized smoke alarm style and battery and most annoying lee decided to stop working as soon as i added another unit

    The cool thing about it is each door has a different chime so we know what door is opening andy what door to attend too

    I installed mine at the top of the doors so that small hands couldnt remove them
