My skin is softer, more youthful, and i see fewer wrinkles. Hey, it's finally summer in az (which means more humid) so maybe it's just the weather.

This supplement works as advertised. This seems to do the trick and it isn't overpriced. I believe they are working synergistically.

I used 2 caps with food per day the first month to start saturating my blood stream quickly then one cap per day with food afterwards for 2 months. Our formula is safe, effective and third party tested for potency and purity. Easy to * and digest.

Cons

This is only 40mg of phytoceramide, which is pretty much useless. Don't waste your time on this product.
