Stains wash easily and keeps our bottoms dry on wet grass or sand. Also the perfect size for baby playdates and folds up easily after.

The one thing i didnt like was how difficultnear impossible it was to refold the blanket back into its rectangular shape so that i could use the velcro and be able to carry it using the handle

Its ok not sure if i can take on a plane without a detection sensor going off because of the silver backing

It could have a little more thickness to stop out the dampness

It seems like the top layer is like a thick flannel and the underside is a water repellent foil type fabric

Beach wise however not so much the soft material makes it difficult to clear out of sand
