Pros
The picnic time folding sport chair is lightweight and easy to carry. The chair is sturdy and easy-to-fold. The seat is flat so it doesn't sink with your weight. It is lightweight but sturdy.
They are extremely durable and great to sit in for hours on end as i shoot candid dog show photography. Best of all, it has an aluminum frame that won't rust!
Cons
My problem is that there is a hole in the fabric. It feels like it's going to keep fraying. It only has 2 pockets.

The price point was excellent for the quality.
It is easy to carry with the strap or just hold by one hand.
In my opinion, this should be the standard back that comes with the chair.

Packaging/appearance
The packaging was pretty beat up but was double boxed by amazon so the chairs were in perfect shape.
The amazon ad does say the packaging will be damaged so the disclosure the accurate.
