Started spewing hot water from the mouth in little droplets and when i picked it up facing away from me to check if i put too much water in it steaming hot water started dripping from the bottom

I didnt bother calling and going through the return process so i appreciate them taking ownership for what most likely was a defective product

The only bad thing about this steamer is that it has some brushes on the head the part that touches your clothes and it starts look ugly after a time
