These units are quite large and heavy compared to other similar fanonly white noise machines which i was hoping meant a more robust and reliable fan

To be fair the squeal may or may not disappear as the unit gets broken in with use over a couple nights

Finally the photo on the product page appears to show the unit as white in colour with a flat matte finish
