Pros
The heel has a little bit of give and cushion which is very comfortable. They are stylish, comfortable, and quiet to talk in because of the rubber sole. Can wear all day even with heal. High instep and callus issues.
The tread is just right. I find them to be a bit loose but this allows for a heavier sock for our cold weather.

Another model from this manufacturer offered a padded footbed and a much more comfortable fit even with heavy socks so i was expecting the same from this model
