They are sturdy, the handles are the best i’ve ever owned, and they seem like they’ll last a long time.

Previous bands i've purchased snapped after not so many uses and whacked me on the back, which was quite painful.

It made of a lightweight material that feel it could bend if too much force is applied.

I'm just starting my weight training journey and for just a few dollars i can do almost any exercise or an equally effective dupe.

So from what i can see they will be worth the price of admission.

Athese work just fine and way cheaper than the gym.
