Pros

Nice, soft and resilient. The pillow is soft and comfortable. It's also comfy, came clean and new, and does not trap too much heat. I am surprised and absolutely thrilled with how cuddly and soft this insert is!

The pillow cases fit my 29x27 pillow shams perfectly. It fit perfectly.

Good fluffy look with some give. It has a nice fluffy loft.

Cons

Tried everything to fluff it back up - even put it in the dryer with some tennis balls. There simply isn't enough stuffing to fill it so it never fully fluffs up. Not worth the $.
