The pillow is soft yet firm. It supports your lumbar. Good value, at a decent price. From now on these are the pillows i'm going to purchase.

Way overpriced. The quality is poor. Very unhappy. Silly me. I am sure amazon will want it returned.

Perhaps the other sizes are sturdier. These * monkey nuts. Not fully stuffed so could probably fit in a 12x12 inch or smaller.
