Pros

My granddaughter loves the personalized pillow. It has a nice fluffy loft. Good fluffy look with some give.

Once i removed it from the packaging & fluffed it as directed, it reached the correct size. They compress the pillows for shipping. It fit perfectly.

Cons

Reviewer says there isn't enough stuffing to fill it so it never fully fluffs up. Tried everything to fluff it back up - even put it in the dryer with some tennis balls.
