Pros

They are a good size and fill out the 12 x 20 pillow covers well. Very pleased with my purchase. They are perfect!

Cons

Very disappointing. They are floppy and have no support. Lol joke is on me.

Many companies offer inserts that are more malleable, with shredded filling or similar. These flatten like a latke (thin pancake!

Ordered a set of two 15 x 15 pillow inserts, but recieved two 14 x 14 pillow inserts instead. One pillow is not enough to fill out my cover. I hope not since i would have kept the pillows if the sizing was correct.
