The inserts are goldilocks-great—not to hard or too soft!
Have used every night for the past few weeks and it's holding its shape well (even with our dog "giving it the business" on the regular.
The inserts are 18" x 18" and they completely fill my 16" x 16" hand-woven pillows.
They are soft and fluffy and do a good chop in the middle, i just wish they were a little heavier so they felt a little more high end.
Price
It was worth the extra few bucks to have something soft and comfortable.
I know it’s on the expensive side but i’ve returned so many that were so bad that i was thrilled to find this one.

I will admit that when i opened the box and saw how smashed they were i was a little concerned but i soon discovered they looked this way because all the air had been sucked out of the bags in order for them to fit in small boxes

It looks and fluffs a lot like down but is more cost effective and hypoallergenic
