Pros

The quality is truly luxurious considering the price point. It feels so much more luxurious and looks great. I highly recommend this product. Works like a charm!

Blue pillow is down feathers and the crab is this insert. It fit perfectly in the decorative pillow cover. Use these pillow inserts for my custom pillows to add that extra decor for home.

Cons

The pillow is average at best, and the pillow cover is downright rough. The stitching quality of something that says made in the usa and is marketed to make you think this is some high quality item made down-home in georgia.

Don’t be duped. Not overly thrilled with my purchase. Naturally, pillowflex has a 30-day return policy because their product doesn't start failing until way after 30 days.

It’s worth the price - the perfect amount off firm and plush.

I’ve spent about a bazillion dollars on pillow inserts people.

So i paid the big bucks and got 20x20 and 22x22 inserts for my 18x18 and 20x20 covers.

The down came from pottery barn and was $10 dollars cheaper.

Shipping

They arrived fast and were just what i needed for my living room

It took nearly a month for them to arrive.

Now i’m waiting on my la-z-boy sofa to arrive so i can put them on it.

We are somewhere between 2-4 weeks before it arrives.

Packaging/appearance

I took the seller’s advice and bought a pillow 2” larger than my sham, and it looked amazing!
