I have been pleased and impressed with the pilot evolt 2+1 pen/pencils that i have used.

The problem with the pilot approach is that if you dial clockwise (looking down on tip), then you will eventually hit the edge.

Honestly, these two pens are really close in style, features, colors and price.

The eraser is hidden under the cap on the top of the pen which screws off

The pilot pen is longer and a bit thicker

If there is an issue with the vicuna ink tubes then at least the ones in the pilot dont exhibit the same problem

You wont have that problem on the pilot where its crystal clear which tube youve dialed up
