Pros
They write smoothly but they write with a fine line almost like a dip pen, without the scratching and need to frequently dip it into the inkwell. The blue ink is vibrant and smooth. The grip make them very comfortable to write with.
These and their retractable version are my favorite pens ever. I'm still wondering where my old sanford uniball gell pens went? These are their favorite pens for that price point. Great pens.
Pilot easytouch pens are the only pens i use. I have neuropathy in my hands and these pens help me write. The problem with stick pens is that i am always losing the cap, but that's my fault, not the pen's.
Cons
The grip feels great but the color (red) is so light it doesn't show up well on paper. The ink is fine but the plastic tip breaks about half way through the ink. Writing is unprofessional, and is not easy on the eyes to read.

If you nose around the internet you can even find at some bulk supply stores cartridges themselves

My pen top falls off after setting it down a couple times but nothing major

This is the first batch ive had where when using the pen and the little cover is stored on top of the pen theres nothing to hold it on
