Pros & Cons
Pros
Con 70 ink converter holds a decent amount of ink. I used to have occasion rail-roading. Ink flows smoothly, and the nib (soft fine) feel very soft.
With practice, superb penmanship is within reach using this unique writing tool. Good for calligraphy style or regular everyday writing. Natural writing pressure produces a delightful line variation in any handwriting.
Fa nib is the same size as a monblanc 146. Body size is a scoche fatter and longer than the pch 91 & 92. Not quite as big as the justus 95.
The 912fa is probably the softest modern flex nib you can find at the moment. It's not quite as flexible or responsive as my waterman's 14 (with a super flex/wet noodle nib) imho.
The fen writes smoothly right out of the box. Writes beautifully, never skips. I’ve never ever written with a smoother pen in my life.
Cons
Very bad cq. Buyer beware. At least buy from amazon and not 3rd party seller.
The feed is terrible - even with pilot iroshizuku ink. It scratches and splashes ink on the paper.
For that and many other reasons, it is the most overrated pen i’ve ever encountered. I'm about ready to throw it in the garbage where it belongs.
For a fine gold nib, it snags on hairlines even on ultra smooth tomoe river paper. The fa nib is unusable. The pen is very scratchy without pushing the nib to flex.
Highlights
Quality
This pen is an outstanding pen, very soft, and a dream to use for doing calligraphy.
Ink flows smoothly, and the nib (soft fine) feel very soft, especially on nice paper.

Price
I've been trying to find a flex nib for awhile now, and am so happy i spent the money on this one!
This pen is gorgeous and such a good price.
My only complaint is the overpriced cost of good quality.
All in all i'd say the $75+ us dollars i saved made the wait well worth it.
Shipping
They shipped quickly and communicated very well.
Great company service and a nice savings over the “prime” pen.
Didn’t expect to receive pen from japan for another week at the earliest.

Competitiveness
I own some very fine vintage waterman's, mabie todd, mercedes, and melbi--this pen compares favorably, considering all factors.
Obviously one can get a vinatge full flex, but the amount of time spent looking around in the internet, this pen is a much better option.
I've tried a jowo #6 based flex nib from an american pen producer, and there is just no comparison.
Only no hair line compare to vintage flex nib (see writing example).
