This style of pen is much wider than a typical ballpoint- almost like a sanford magic marker. I have plenty of pens but i'll probably continue to buy these and carry one around for when a pen need arises.

The colors are as vibrant as i expected them to be. They make medium weight lines.

They write very smoothly and effortlessly. Plan on using them on only one side of a sheet. Otherwise, nib is surprisingly durable.

Clear deception. When it doesn't (which is about 50%) of the time, it is annoying, frustrating and impossible. Tape on the seal was broken.

The pen writes as thick as a sharpie marker. The nib is horrendous because it's as scratchy as someone dragging nails across a chalkboard. The ink flows easily and the nib is a bit too wide.

Ink stops flowing and you have to rewrite your letter up to 3 or 4 times. They do not write right away, they leak, and they smudge. Unless your seriously careful the ink will smudge all over, ruining your hard work.
