Pros
This product allows more air to circulate, making it cooler, dryer and more comfortable. The covers are easy to install, although i have used a small bungee to attach it to the headrest.
Cons
The nylon strings start becoming loose with in 1 week and the beads starts falling. I usually keep that stuff, but the product seemed so straightforward that the precaution seemed unnecessary.

The one problem i have with them is that the strings they sent to tie them to the seat arent long enough for me to tie them to anything and with out them tied they slide around a lot
