Pros & Cons
Pros
The convenience of a retractable fountain pen cannot be understated. The pen is stealth to the max, and only fountain pen junkies will give it a second look. The 18k inscription confirms the true identity of the pen. Here are the pros and cons.
Ink never fails to flow smoothly and keeps up even with fast, lengthy note taking. Re-use a spent cartridge, and fill it from a syringe. It lasts much longer and is much less of a hassle.
Gold nib writes very similar to my mont blanc. Best thing about it is the way it writes-flawless.

Packaging is very decent, not quite as nice as it used to be. This is not a criticism but it’s certainly something a potential buyer should know. The fine nib is really nice, fairly soft, and therefore expressive.
Cons
The pen clip is obtrusive as one writes. I never even pick up this pen because it is frustrating every time i do.
It conveys ink to paper clearly, but i find writing with the not fully recessed clip where the forefingerguides the pen to be too intrusive. The included converter is cool and all, but it doesn't hold enough ink.
Highlights
Quality
The ink flow is great, the nib nicely springy, and the quality of writing is wonderful.

For context, i'm a lefty and i can easily write with this pen(see video; excuse shaky writing, it's difficult to hold phone in ... Read More
First a clarification: do not confuse this with the pilot capless alloy nib.
Packaging/appearance
Packaging is very decent, not quite as nice as it used to be, but you get a sort of cheap-feeling hinged display box.
Competitiveness
I would use pilot iroshizuku bottled fountain pen ink.
