Edit: though the packaging has indeed changed over the years, the gold printing is indicative of the 0.
I figured that they'd just changed packaging.
If anyone knows that they in fact did make more of a change than the packaging, please leave a comment.

So look for a better deal on amazon or support your local mom-and-pop if you still have one.

As they age after about a year the ink tends to come down the shaft and can eventually leak onto your hands
