Pros & Cons

Pros

Bought these for the children in my classroom. The inks work very well in resin and it only takes a little bit to get a good deep color.

In terms of color, this is the richest, deepest i have seen. As usual, the colors are very pigmented and saturated.

Happy with the purchase. Nice inks. Exactly as stated.

Jacquard's pinata alcohol ink accent color exciter pack (pack#2) is absolutely amazing. This is my second piñata exciter pack and i like these colors just as much as the first set. Pinata inks are the best hands down!

Cons

All colors with the exception of the blue-violet absorbed into the yupo and unable to blend.

Quality

Honestly the best inks for the bleeding 3d effect ive used so far in resin

Excellent vibrant colors for epoxy cup making

They made many of the ornaments look like stained glass when finished

These are thicker and need blending solution

Price

I purchased some from a local business for 12 for 3 bottles so the pinata was a good value plus the colors were beautiful

Nice range of colors and a good value for the price

Its a lot of money to pay for wonderful ink i cant get out of the bottle

Packaging/appearance

Easy to open packaging and the dyes are fresh

I also noticed that a few bottles looked clear or light turquoise color on top

Not as pigmented as i expected for all of them but still beautiful

Competitiveness

Better quality imo than the more expensive ranger inks

The colors are way more vibrant than any other brand ive tried

We havent tried any other brands so i dont know how common this is but we used the inks to color resin dice

The problem is trying to determine what the color will look like when you add them to the tumbler they usually dont show as bright on the tumbler as they are in the bottle

A suggestion is to be very careful with the brass and copper because they can take over the cup
