Initially i was underwhelmed. The antenna is fairly close to the tv so the booster is in the house and not exposed to the elements. Could not get this item along with the pingbingding antenna to pick up a signal.

I bought the five star outdoor hdtv antenna from amazon for 79.

Gave up on more expensive units and got this.

Shipping

No charge for amp and none also for shipping.

My usb cable was bad so i contacted service, they replied within hours and sent me a whole new set of cables quickly.

Support then mailed out a replacement which i received the next day.

Competitiveness

This amplifier works better than others probably because it handles both vhf and uhf amplification better than others.

I was deciding between this amp and the winegard lna-200.
