Pros

It takes labels from 1 to 4. It offers exceptional value for its price point. Not only are they adorable but the work great and the setup was super simple. They are fast and responsive.

The printer is ink-free and can print labels of various shapes and sizes. Shipping labels print beautifully. Usps labels are able to be scanned by post office without a problem.

This thermal printer is a life (and money) saver! It is compact and does not take up a lot of space. The printer is small and won't take up much room on your desk, making it ideal for use at home or in the workplace.

Cons

It will not connect to my ipad or iphone via the phomemo app. It says all over the page that it's compatible with chromebook, but it’s not. Also sooooo many wasted labels. I download the apps on both my iphone & ipad but it still wasn't working.

I was going to return it but of course i was 4 days past the cut off to return the product back to amazon.

I contacted phomemo and their customer service is great, they are sending me a free replacement!

First of all, i had an issue with my shipment that was resolved so quickly and easily.
