Pros

I wish it was more economical but that is the only downfall. These are amazing, this brand and their service is amazing! It’s a true blessing! This really works! Thanks to these vitamins.

The dha pill is easy to take and nice that you only need to take 1 capsule. Highly suggest for prenatal and postnatal. Used in first week -3 weeks of having a newborn.

Cons

Minutes after swallowing it gives me bad fishy burps and the worst reflux that i have ever experienced. No period and negative tests for 3 months. Couldn't even use one solid clump…. Will be ordering from elsewhere.

The only fish oil i'd ever had that didn't make you burp up smelly fish was the dropi iceland deep sea, which was over $40 a bottle.

I was touched to see their philosophy on the box as well.

Competitiveness

I did deal with nausea, which seemed to get worse with the vitamins from this same brand, but the dha never triggered any episodes for me.

Did have faint fish flavor whenever i burped after taking these, but other brands did the same thing.

Without hesitation i threw out all other brand prenatal vitamins that i had "just in case".
