It legitimately makes me sleepy and relaxed. I have insomnia and both teas help me find peace.

I wanna start by applauding them for being women owned! It’s comforting to know that these women really love what they do and thats so beautiful! Will definitely repurchase.

Cons

Simply being a mom does not qualify you to formulate nutritional supplements or even teas. There was no hint of lavender or coconut. It is possible to find out that there are only 15 sachets if you dig and dig and dig around.
