Pros

It is very sturdy! Customer service is responsive and very good. My only complaint is that there is wasted space. The base extends 1. Well packed and not much wasted material. The metal baskets are 3.

Love to use for all things including my meds and vitamins. This really helps me with housework. Love the roomy shelves.

I use it nearly daily, it maneuvers great. It's lightweight and maneuvers easily. The wheels roll very smoothly and i have carpet.

The 4 swivel casters with 2 locks make it easy to move the cart around. The cart is also easy to assemble and disassemble.

Cons

It is more of a hassle to assemble than another 3 tier cart i bought from target. The holes are not properly threaded. Could not build cart without 4 matching wheels.
