Pros

I reversed the shelf in my front closet to fit this one. It fits perfectly in my closet. This shelf is perfect for my bathroom.

Quality is 10/10. Lots more neat and tidy storage. No complaints about the quality.

Small stature holds a surprisingly good amount of items. Each drawer slides in on rails. Only complaint is that the drawers don't exactly fit into the space perfectly.

Cons

Not worth the money whatsoever, it's very flimsy and really really small. Came with the wrong size drawer. All of my furniture is from ikea/wayfair/amazon and this was by far the worst i have ever had.

The stickers unfortunately are placed on the top surface of the dresser with a very sticky adhesive intended to make them permanent.

One star deducted simply because of the price.

While it is a useful product, the only reason i paid $65 plus tax (more than i think it is worth) is because i was somewhat desperate.

With a new house and on a budget, i needed something affordable and simple for my guest to be able to unpack in.

Shipping

Their prompt response and excellent customer service truly deserve five stars.

Arrived way later than it was supposed to.

I unfortunately received the product with a couple pieces missing, but the customer support team was quick to resolve the issue.

Packaging/appearance

Came packaged really well and easy to build.

Perfect for storing toddler shoes, hair items, hats, etc!

Had to be relabeled and came in a broken box.

I was expecting it to look ugly but i think it looks fine especially with the light wood panel on top.
