Smooth, does the job well and pretty long lasting with the battery life span.
Very good product for the price but dosent have a caseholder
Besides that over all a good product.
The massage balls being plastic i am not impressed.
Packaging/appearance
Like product but packaging was damaged when received.
The only issue is the pieces fall out of the package easily as they are loose, so i would probably buy a case to carry all of the heads.

It was open and the box was broken and had marks on it a piece even fell out of the box and was in the bag
