It heats up but does not stay hot. When using this product there is no release for the moisture which i think is the basis for the problem. Not a desirable pizza crust.
Unfortunately, it is unusable (unsafe? Did not last for only a few pizzas. After writing repeatedly to amazon, my refund was processed.
