The oven's ability to use both propane and wood fuel is appreciated by many, but some suggest improvements for better temperature control and compatibility with certain stones.
Highlights
Quality
Has fantastic quality and was very easy to assemble for a few pieces that needed it.
It is well built and easy to take it apart and store it and then get it out and setup is a breeze.
Low and behold the aa battery the instructions called for will not fit in the ignitor.
I tried switching to the wood pellet attachment, but that was horrible and smoky and left a black film and ash all over the place.
Price
Super super value, comes with all the options you'll ever need.
They company sent a replacement at no cost and it looks and works perfect!
I felt like i was going to break the handle which wasn't a great feeling for something that costs over 300 dollars.
All in all i’m not sure i’d purchase this one again but i certainly wasn’t ready to spend $800-$900 for other ovens this size.
Shipping
They gave me multiple fantastic operations and got it resolved extremely quickly.
I contacted amazon first and was told that it was too late to return for a refund or replacement.
2 days later we received the burner unit and now have a complete pizza oven.
Updated: prompt and satisfied customer service by seller.
Packaging/appearance
Everything was packaged perfectly so no items were damaged in shipping.
This was a three oven order-xmas gifts.
They both came in original packaging so no amazon cardboard box to hide pictures on outside showing that they were pizza ovens.
Looked through all the boxes and could not find the propane burner.
Competitiveness
I was split between this, a $110-137 coal/pellet only one from wally world, or a different pizzello wood fire underneath model.
I have nothing better to do than scam a company out of a propane burner that only fits in this oven.
The price at around $200 is great compared to the leading name brand that was the only well known options 2 years ago for roughly $600.
The yt reviews of this model and one low cost one from wally world seem to be the most positive.

I realized after buying a really cheap pellet pizza cooker that with the type of pizza cooker i was searching for i need an open flame

I have mixed feelings about this oven

The pizza stone seems adequate but i replaced it with a 16” pizza steel that i bought for a home oven
Posted by a reviewer on Amazon
What i don’t like there isn’t much space between the pizza and the top so it takes a lot of temp control to get the right cook
Posted by a reviewer on Amazon
There aren’t any markings on the temp control knob so it’s a crap shot to get the flame the same for each pizza
Posted by a reviewer on Amazon
Between pizzas the temp needs to be higher to heat up enough and get the stonesteel back up to temp but when launching the pizza the flame needs to be lowered as not to burn the pizza before it’s done
