Quality

Customer service has been very good to work with on questions i had about the product!

I was really happy with both the quality and ease of set up.

Had issues with the pizzello oven and they corrected all my issues by sending a new replacement.

If the design doesn't change creating a storage location under the oven would be nice as the parts would remain with the oven at all times.

Price

The price was fantastic and i'm sure i will make good use this summer making homemade pizza.

Packaging/appearance

This product comes with (almost) everything needed to cook right out of the box.

I double checked all packaging a second time and still no battery.

Competitiveness

Much cheaper than comparable brands and it comes with extras that they don’t.

It’s a little heavy at 40 pounds but you can’t beat it for the price.

Needs a dedicated fireman as well as the chef.

We were looking for a reasonable priced pizza oven.
