Pros

The blocks are beautifully made and are a striking pastel color. The colors are lovely and being blocks these are very open ended. These blocks are much safer, all the edges are smooth, and a great size for children! These are awesome blocks.

This set is too adorable for words. The three sets mix and match wonderfully. It isn't a very large set, you get everything pictured on the box.

The prince, princess and horse drawn carriage really adds a lot of play value to the set. I read a few comments about the carriage not being able to fit a person inside, but ours fits perfectly with the top on.

Cons

A lot of these pieces aren't solid wood like every plan toy we have, and it feels a lot cheaper. The carriage top won't fit on the carriage with a person sitting in it, the top isn't deep enough and it ends up sitting awkwardly on the persons head.

Colors are nice, muted tones, lots of different shapes to build with, and fun for a good age span.

Plan toys are always amazing quality and the blocks are heavy and feel like they are just gonna be long lasting toys.

They are too tall and the top of the carriage actually balances on their head and doesn't fit into the groove it was meant to connect into.

There really aren't enough blocks in one set to build anything with except as pictured.

Price

I only gave 4 stars because for the price i would expect more blocks.

Since i paid fifty percent off that, i was pleased.

I just checked amazon's price and it was about $70.

Shipping

They arrived quickly and our daughter loves them.

:) if you google this item, you can get it for twenty bucks elsewhere (but have to spend sixty five to get free shipping.

Smaller than i anticipated, felt like there weren't many in the box due to size.

Competitiveness

She was ecstatic to see these come in the mail and i can tell that these are much better quality than the other set we bought from walmart.
