Pros & Cons

Pros

These humidifiers are terrific! They are so easy to use, they are truly a thing of beauty! Highly recommend them to any one with a stringed instrument! Small and discreet, tucks away nicely, and does not get in the way. It does the trick nicely.

Love this little humidifier. The sponge is thicker than the planet waves guitar humidifier and the dampness is retained for at least form to five days. Only complaint is the holes are very small and the sponge never seems to dry out.

For collings-branded tk cases you'll need something smaller under the heel of the neck. I have one in every ukulele case, and so far they seem to work.

Cons

These are useless. Sponge insert dries out in one day! Some humidifier products that have clay or clay-like moisture elements work much better.

Humidify your wood instruments especially when traveling or they dry out, break and die.

Price

Good value & would buy more .

For the price of these you can protect your uke without stressing your wallet.

It is a good product for the price.

Good cost, doesn't take up much room.

It arrived quickly and does what it is needed to do!

Packaging/appearance

The package had been opened and taped closed and a part was missing.

Just put the wet sponge inside the plastic container, & the unit inside the sealed case.

Competitiveness

But several smaller humidifiers will always provide a higher rate of humidification compared to a single larger humidifier for ...  Read More

This works for most hard shell cases but for something as tight fitting as a collingsbranded tk case youll need something smaller under the heel of the neck like a film canister with a sponge in it and holes drilled in the lid
